Former Sheriff Steve Nichols supports Jonathan Wright

Former Logan County Sheriff Steve Nichols has endorsed Judge Jonathan Wright for Logan County Resident Circuit Judge in the 2020 election. “I worked with Judge Wright for many years when he served as Logan County State’s Attorney. I observed firsthand his work ethic and integrity. His commitment to the law and his commitment to the citizens of Logan County make him a great choice for Resident Circuit Judge. I wholeheartedly endorse him as he runs for Logan County Resident Circuit Judge,” said Nichols. Steve Nichols served as Logan County Sheriff from 2002 through 2018.

Judge Wright currently serves as Logan County Resident Circuit Judge by appointment of the Illinois Supreme Court. He is seeking election to his current office for a six year term. The primary election is March 17, 2020. Early voting began February 6, 2020.
