Pastor
Glenn Shelton bowed silently Thursday morning over the
building project at the home of Rita Billings in Emden.
Billings is approaching a stage in her life when
mobility is a serious concern. She said that the
wheelchair ramp was a blessing and would definitely
improve her quality of life going forward. Billings home
was one of many where teenagers participating in the
Workcamp for Lincoln did home improvement projects for
those unable to do them on their own.
