On
Wednesday evening, boy scouts from Lincoln Troop 102 were busy
exercising their seasoning skills on large pork pieces at Lincoln
IGA.
The guys were working on applying rub to the meat that will be
smoked and pulled for the Sunday Boy Scout BBQ at the Lincoln
Knights of Columbus.
Pork dinners will be sold dine-in or carry out from 10:30 a.m. to 2
p.m. For dine-in guests, Covid protocols will be followed.
