Lincoln Police Department

  • Leroy Carter, Jr., 70, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 12, 2021 at 3:44 p.m. on Sangamon Street on charge of driving with a suspended license.

  • Wendy J. Helton, 41, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 13, 2021 at 7:15 p.m. on Fifth Street on charge of retail theft.

  • Jordan T. May, 36, of Marion, arrested Nov. 14, 2021 at 9:08 p.m. in Lincoln, on charges of driving under the influence and driving with a revoked license.

  • William B. Moore, 25, of Lincoln, arrested Nov. 13, 2021 at 1:42 a.m. on North Kickapoo Street on charge of driving under the influence.

Logan County Sheriff's Department

  • Gemardre A. Bailey, 25, of Lancaster, South Carolina, arrested Nov. 13, 2021 at 10:31 a.m. on Fifth Street on charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
