Today
we're sharing a pink picture of all the guys at
Collins Roofing. Yes, real men DO wear pink and
we're happy about that.
This is a good time to talk to the guys out
there. First, be aware that breast cancer can
occur in men. It is much rarer, but it does
happen.
Then, we want to remind guys that they all have
women in their lives. Whether it is a spouse or
partner, mom, a sister, aunt, cousin, or a good
friend, they are important to you. Before you
end your day today, ask that special lady a
simple question, "Are you taking care of your
breast health?" It doesn't have to be
uncomfortable for either of you, just ask the
question and let her answer. Hopefully, she will
say yes, but if not, blame it on us and tell her
that Lincoln Daily News wants her to start doing
so.

What
could be sweeter than a whole bunch of little ones lined
up happily eating ice cream from the Traveling Top Hat?
Last Saturday evening that was just one of the fun
activities at the 4-H Fall Festival at the Logan County
Fairground.
The weather was cool but clear and with a bonfire going
outside, hot dogs provided by the Lincoln D.A.R.E., ice
cream from Top Hat, and fun activities inside the
livestock show barn, the event brought in a large crowd.
