OFFICE CLEANING

The Logan County Highway Department is requesting proposals from commercial cleaning firms to provide routine janitorial services.

Duties include general cleaning of approximately 3800 square feet of office area, including multiple restrooms and a breakroom. Services to be performed on a daily basis outside of normal business hours.

Submittals are due Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at the office of the Logan County Highway Department, 529 S. McLean Street, Lincoln, Illinois 62656. Interested parties should provide a list of references and a list of services provided for similar commercial office spaces.

SECRETARY NEEDED

The Logan County Highway Department is accepting applications for a secretary position. Duties will include bookkeeping, reception, and general office tasks.

Applicants must be self-motivated, have good communications skills, and have exceptional attention to detail. Successful candidates will have extensive computer skills and a knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
