Kristi
Powell, Director of Heartland Community College Lincoln,
has announced her retirement after 25 years of service.
During the March 15, Board of Trustees meeting at the
Heartland Community College, Lincoln campus, she will be
recognized for her service. The administration will also
announce the hiring of the next Director of HCC Lincoln.

On
Monday, March 14, 2022, a portion of the 200 block of
South Kickapoo Street will be closed starting at 7 a.m.
while a crane is used to install rooftop units.
The yellow line indicates the portion of the street that
will be closed. Motorists should plan to find
alternative routes for driving into the downtown area
from South Kickapoo.
The street will reopen when the work is completed.
