  • Christopher T. Welch-Helton, age 25, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 8/23/2023 at 9:01 p.m. at his residence on a Mob Action charge.
     

  • Alanna M. Welch-Helton, age 28, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 8/23/2023 at 9:44 p.m. on Centennial Courts on Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm, Reckless Discharge of a Weapon, Armed Violence Discharge of a Weapon, and Mob Action charges.

  • Tyrell J. Mitchell, age 28, of Peoria, IL was arrested by Logan County Sheriff's Office on 8/23/2023 at 6:41 p.m. at Logan County Safety Complex on Logan County Warrant 2022 DT 27 on a Failure to Appear on a DUI charge
