• Bryant C. Hinkle, age 36, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 12/30/2024 at 12:35 p.m. on Westminster Drive on a Public Indecency charge.
   

• Justice W. Moore, age 27, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 12/30/2024 at 1:49 p.m. on Madison Street on Logan County Warrant 2024 CM 109 on a Failure to Appear on a Violation of an Order of Protection charge.
   

• Kevin M. Morse, age 33, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 12/30/2024 at 3:12 p.m. on Broadway Street on Battery, Criminal Damage to Property and a Logan County Warrant 2024 CM 113 on a Failure to Appear on a Criminal Trespass to Property charges.
   

• Kylen L. Baker, age 21, of Peoria, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 1/1/2025 at 8:16 a.m. on 4TH Street on a Theft of Property and Possession of Stolen Motor Vehicle charges.
   

Logan County Sheriff's Office

• Dajanae D. Cotton, age 24, of Decatur, IL was arrested by Logan County Sheriff's Office on 12/31/2024 at 3:20 a.m. on State Route 121 on a Driving While License Suspended charge.
   

• Daniel W. Moore, age 65, of Beason, IL was arrested by Logan County Sheriff's Office on 1/1/2025 at 1:09 a.m. at his residence on a Reckless Conduct charge.
