You’ve seen the for sale sign but now look for an entirely new sign in the near future. Stuffed Aria Pizza has sold to local food truck owner Nick Solomon who will, in the next few weeks, be opening Oldani’s Stuffed Aria Pizza.

Many of us know Nick as the Cheesed Out guy whose food truck is seen around the community and at many local festivals and events. Having a pizza place has been one of Solomon’s dreams and now that dream is coming true.

Solomon said Friday that he closed on the building on Tuesday. He has a few previous commitments to take care of over the next couple of weeks, then he will be diving into getting his new business up and running.

Stay tuned for a ribbon cutting ceremony that will be held this summer.

The community is invited to a ribbon cut on Saturday, June 14th at 1:45 p.m. at the Imago Dei Pilates in Lincoln. The new business, owned by Ethan “Tappy” and Emilie Tapscott is located in the Dugan Center, 1500 N. McLean Street, Suite 5, in Lincoln.

An open house from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. will follow.

Please join two as they celebrate a new business venture that is near and dear to their hearts.
