The Park District also organizes sports leagues including youth through Junior Railer Basketball and recreational baseball, softball, and t-ball during summer months. Summer-time adult recreational leagues keep the community active and involved. These included an adult Women’s Slow Pitch Softball league, Co-Ed Winter Volleyball league and our new 16’ Co-Ed Chicago Style Softball league. What’s new and exciting? The new 16’ Co-Ed Chicago Style Softball league was a community favorite this past year! Ten teams participated and they are already looking forward to this exciting program again in 2018. The Park District’s recreational programs continue to grow each year based on community needs, trends, and the wellness needs of its patrons. Whether you are looking for a great, economical workout facility or a place your entire family can enjoy, the Lincoln Park District has so much to offer. The Lincoln Park District invites you to stay connected via its newly designed web site at www.lincolnparkdistrict.com , Facebook, Instagram or Twitter! [The Lincoln Park District/LDN]
