B. Jackson, 37, of Greenfield died at 2:10 p.m. Monday, July 16,
2001, at his residence.
His
funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 18, at Hurley
Funeral Home in Mason City, with the Rev. Patrick Clough
officiating.
Burial
will be in Mason City Cemetery.
Visitation
will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
He
worked as a deck hand on a barge for Inland Marine.
He
was born July 29, 1963, in St. Louis, Mo., to Joseph and Rita Cody
Jackson. He married Pamela Walezak on March 18, 1999. She survives,
in Greenfield.
Also
surviving are his mother, Rita Peterson of Mason City; his father
and stepmother, Joseph and Marsha Jackson of St. Louis; three sons,
Steven Cronister of Springfield and Timothy and Jeremy Donahue of
Greenfield; three daughters, Judith Cronister of Springfield and
Jamie and Christina Donahue of Greenfield; three brothers, Larry
Jackson of Greenfield, Vincent Jackson of Springfield and Timothy
Jackson of New York, N.Y.; three sisters, Rhonda Beard of Mason
City, Susan Schmedeke of Morrisonville and Tiffany McDonald of
Springfield; and his grandmother, Mary Cody of Mohawk, Tenn.
He
was preceded in death by two grandfathers and a grandmother.
Memorials
may be made to the family to help with expenses.

Dan
Neumann, 83, of Dearborn, Mich., formerly of Middletown died in
Dearborn on Saturday, July 14, 2001.
His
funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 18, at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader
Funeral Home in Lincoln, with Bob Hansen officiating.
Burial
will be in Irish Grove Cemetery, Middletown.
Visitation
will be from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Neumann,
the son of William Henry and Nellie Boice Neumann, was born Jan. 24,
1918, in Middletown.

Robert
Greathouse
Robert
C. Greathouse, 77, of Mason City died Monday, July 16, 2001, at his
residence.
His
funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 19, at Hurley
Funeral Home, 603 E. Chestnut in Mason City. The Rev. Robert Paddack
will officiate.
Burial
will be in Mason City Cemetery.
Visitation
will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Greathouse
had been a mechanic in California, Lincoln and Mason City. Also, he
mowed lawns in Mason City for 20 years.
He
was born Aug. 17, 1923, in Brown County, Ind., to Clarence and Vera
Carlmickel Greathouse. He married Lucille Leamon on Aug. 17, 1967,
in Las Vegas, Nev. She survives.
Also
surviving are three sons, Robert Greathouse of Lawndale, Randy
Greathouse of Ventura, Calif., and Rod Greathouse of Atlanta; two
stepsons, Vernon Wagner of Bartonville and Bob Rawlins of Lincoln;
three daughters, Judy of Wisconsin, Janice of Gibson City and Becky
Moore of Lincoln; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He
was preceded in death by two brothers and two stepsons, George
Wagner and Kenny McCray.
He
was a member of Moose Lodge 1430 in Ventura, Calif., and of Eagles
Lodge in Lincoln.
Memorials
may be made to Hospice in Springfield.
