New minister takes post at
Lincoln Church of Christ

[OCT. 13, 2001] On Sept. 2, Harold Driskell of Bloomington became the full-time minister for the Lincoln Church of Christ, 800 Pulaski St. in Lincoln.

For the past eight years Driskell has been working as a hospital minister in the Bloomington area. For the past two years he has been taking trips to Ukraine to do mission work and to bring medical supplies to the people in the southeastern area of Ukraine.

Driskell will be in the church office on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The church office phone is 735-1130. In the evenings he can be reached at (309) 828-2285.

The regular church schedule on Sunday is Bible study at 10 a.m. and worship at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Wednesday Bible study is at 7 p.m. Visitors are welcome.
