Joyce Kattner, 76, of Lincoln died at 11:05 a.m. Thursday, March 14, 2002, at
Maple Ridge Health Care Centre.
Her
funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Lincoln Christian Church. Tom
Gerdts will officiate.
Visitation
will be one hour before the funeral at the church.
Arrangements
are being handled by Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in
Lincoln.
Burial
will be in Zion Cemetery, Lincoln.
Mrs.
Kattner was the retired owner of Logan Lanes in Lincoln.
She
was born April 6, 1925, in Whiting, Iowa, to Fred and Rowena Paige
Racobs. She married Eugene C. Kattner on Feb. 16, 1947, in Lincoln.
He died in 1979.
Surviving
are one daughter, Diana (and Jim) Haseley of Lincoln; two
grandchildren, Heather (and Eric) Ewald of Lincoln and Jason Haseley
of Lincoln; one great-granddaughter, Madison Ewald of Lincoln; and
two sisters, Doris (and Herb) Bree of Lincoln and Donna (and Robert)
Davis of Janesville, Wis.
She
was also preceded in death by one brother, Loren "Bud"
Racobs.
She
was a member of Lincoln Christian Church and Lincoln Emblem Club.
Memorials
may be made to her church or to the American Heart Association.
