            Aldene Oglesby 
            Aldene B. Oglesby, 93, of Mount Pulaski died at 2:48 p.m. Monday, 
            May 20, 2002, at her home. 
            Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 22, at 
            Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mount Pulaski, with A.K. 
            Jones officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the service. 
            Burial will be in Mount Pulaski Cemetery. 
            Mrs. Oglesby was a homemaker. 
            She was born April 4, 1909, in Lake Fork to William and Mary Ann 
            Keehler Bryson. She married William Harry Oglesby in Lake Fork on 
            March 1, 1930. 
            Surviving are two daughters, Donna Marie Petro of Lincoln and Jane 
            Kirby of Williamsville; six grandchildren and four stepgrandchildren; 
            15 great-grandchildren and 34 step-great-grandchildren; and one 
            sister, Mary Febus of Mount Pulaski. 
            She was also preceded in death by two brothers, three sisters and 
            one daughter, Lois. 
            She was a member of Lake Fork Christian Church. Memorials may be made 
            to her church.

            Doris Petit Doris J. Petit, 71, 
            died at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 16, 2002, at America House in Culpeper, 
            Va. A graveside service 
            will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 26, at Mason City Cemetery. Father 
            David Taylor will officiate. She was born Oct. 29, 
            1930, in Beatrice, Neb., to Martin and Emma Buss Frerichs. Surviving are her 
            husband, Jack Petit; three sons, Theodore (and Julie) Schmidt of 
            Ypsilanti, Mich., Robert (and Evie) Schmidt of Los Angeles, Calif., 
            and David (and Darcy) Schmidt of Hoffman Estates; two daughters, 
            Carol (and Donald) Brown of Lumberton, N.C., and Janet (and Jay) 
            Walton of Asheville, N.C.; 11 grandchildren; and one sister, Emma 
            Johnson of De Witt, Neb. She was a member of 
            St. Stephens Episcopal Church in Culpeper, Va., and was pianist and 
            choir director at the church. She volunteered at Culpeper Regional 
            Hospital. Memorials may be made 
            to the hospital or to her church.

            Aileen Cyrulik 
            Aileen M. Cyrulik, 84, of Mount Pulaski died at 10:06 a.m. Monday, 
            May 20, 2002, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield. 
            Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, at 
            Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mount Pulaski. Her funeral 
            will be at the same location at 10 a.m. Thursday. John Robertson 
            will officiate. 
            Burial will be in Mount Pulaski Cemetery. 
            Mrs. Cyrulik was a homemaker and seamstress. 
            She was born Oct. 15, 1917, in Rochester to Albert Wilham and 
            Cynthia Beck Wilham. She married Dean Cyrulik in Springfield on Aug. 
            5, 1936. He died July 12, 1968. 
            Surviving relatives of Mrs. Cyrulik are three sons, Michael "Mick" 
            (and Beverly) Cyrulik, Gary L. Cyrulik and Kenny (and Hollie) 
            Cyrulik, all of Mount Pulaski; nine grandchildren; 12 
            great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and two sisters, 
            Delores Scott of Riverton and Hazel Bastin of Mount Pulaski. 
            She was also preceded in death by six brothers, six sisters, one 
            daughter-in-law and three grandchildren. 
            She was a member of Mount Pulaski Christian Church, Loyal Daughters, 
            Senior Women’s Club, American Business Women’s Association, 
            Potholder’s Club and the DWYW Club. 
            She enjoyed sewing, quilting, hand-crafting and traveling. Memorials may be made 
            to Mount Pulaski Christian Church or Vonderleith Living Center.
