[JULY 14, 2003]  Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce calendar for the week of July 14-19:

Monday, July 14

7 p.m. -- Logan County Board's economic development committee, Logan County Courthouse.

5-9 p.m. -- NAPA Summertime Cruise-In, 111 Decatur St., featuring NAPA No. 15 show car driven by Michael Waltrip. Hot dogs, lemonade, music, door prizes.

Tuesday, July 15

7 p.m. -- Logan County Board adjourned meeting, Logan County Courthouse.

Wednesday, July 16

5 p.m. -- Sesquicentennial committee meeting, chamber conference room.

5-7 p.m. -- First Presbyterian Church pork barbecue and ice cream social, 301 Pekin, $5.

Thursday, July 17

7:30 a.m. -- Chamber breakfast with Jeff Mayfield, economic development director, The Tropics. Find out what's happening with local business development in a casual, dutch-treat breakfast environment. Please bring your questions, comments, suggestions and concerns! Everyone welcome!

Friday, July 18

5-7 p.m. -- Sen. Larry Bomke hog roast, Logan County Fairgrounds, $25.

Lincoln Community Theatre's production of "Steel Magnolias" continues through July 19. Adults $9, children $6. Phone 735-2614.
