Ronald Musick, 56, of Lincoln died
Saturday (Oct. 25, 2003) at 12:25 p.m. at his home.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m.
Tuesday at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln.
His funeral will be at 11 a.m.
Wednesday at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader, with Tim Searby officiating.
Burial will be in Zion Cemetery,
Lincoln.
Mr. Musick was owner and operator of
the Idle Hour Inn in Lincoln. He formerly owned and operated Ace Ice
Co. and Can Castle Recycling in Lincoln.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran.
He was born Nov. 1, 1946 in Lincoln to
Gilbert and Henrietta Schaupp Musick. He married Rose Mary Van
Fossan on Feb. 3, 1990, in Lincoln. She survives.
Other survivors, all of Lincoln, are
one son, Wesley Musick; a stepdaughter, Carol Edwards; one grandson,
Austin Lee Jones; and two sisters, Linda (and Tom) Bates and Sue
(and Bill) Pinney.
He was preceded in death by his parents
and a stepdaughter, Vicki McGrath.
He graduated from Lincoln High School
and Lincoln College.
He was an avid NASCAR and sprint car
racing fan.
In lieu of
flowers, memorials may be given to Chester-East Lincoln School
District.

Brian
Chrisman
Brian E. Chrisman, 34, of
Lincoln died Friday (Oct. 24, 2003) at 12:44 a.m. in the emergency room at Abraham
Lincoln Memorial Hospital.
His funeral will be at 3:30
p.m. Tuesday at Park Meadows Baptist Church, with Pastor S.M. Davis
officiating. Visitation was on Monday at the church.
Burial will be at 5 p.m.
Tuesday in
Mount Joy Cemetery, rural Armington. American Legion Taylor Eckhardt
Post 913 of Armington will conduct military rites.
Holland and Barry Funeral Home in
Lincoln is handling arrangements.
Mr. Chrisman was an officer at
Logan Correctional Center in Lincoln for 13 years. An honor guard
from the correctional center will be at the visitation and funeral.
He was also a Lincoln Park District employee at the Rec Center for 4½
years.
He served in the U.S. Army from
1987 to 1990, both in Germany and in the Gulf War.
He was born Nov. 20, 1968, in
Lincoln to Melvin and Lois Davenport Chrisman. He married Jane Ann
Coffman on Jan. 25, 2002, in Sherman.
Survivors are his wife, of
Lincoln; his parents, of Mount Pulaski; one son, Brandon Chrisman of Lincoln; one daughter, Briana
Chrisman of Lincoln; a stepdaughter, Jade E. Peacock of Lincoln; and
two sisters, Lisa (and Jeff) Simpson of Springfield and Margaret
Chrisman of Lincoln; a nephew, Justin Simpson of Springfield; his
maternal grandparents, Bob and Edna Davis of Marshal, Texas; and his
paternal grandmother, Colletta Swingle of Lincoln.
He was a member of Park Meadows
Baptist Church.
He was a 1987 graduate of
Lincoln Community High School.
He started working for
the state in 1990 at Lincoln Developmental Center and transferred to
Logan Correctional Center within the year.
He was an avid bowler at Logan
Lanes for over 20 years.

Patricia Webster
Patricia A. Webster, 54, of Lincoln
died Sunday (Oct. 26, 2003) at 11:12 p.m. at Memorial Medical Center
in Springfield.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m.
Wednesday at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln.
Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday
at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader, with the Rev. Thomas Taylor officiating.
Burial will be in New Union Cemetery,
Lincoln.
She was an administrative assistant at
Lincoln Developmental Center for 20 years.
She was born Nov. 1,
1948, in Lincoln to Lawrence and Joanne Arnold Hall.
Survivors are one
daughter, Lisa Webster Young of Lincoln; one granddaughter, Meaghan
Gleason of Lincoln; her father, Lawrence Hall of Decatur; her
stepparents, Wilbur and Evelyn Baker of Lincoln; two brothers,
Ronald (and Jean) Hall of Lincoln and Randy (and Nettie) Hall of
Lincoln; one sister, Pamela S. (and Dean) Huston of Springfield; and
many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in
death by her mother, Joanne Baker; her stepmother, Virginia Hall;
and one daughter.
She was a member of
Holy Family Church in Lincoln.
Memorials
may be made to the American Diabetes Association or to a charity of
the donor's choice.
