John and Arline Bergman of
Hartsburg will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on April 17.
John, son of John and Rose Bergman, and Arline, daughter of Floyd
and Jeanette Bergold, were married April 17, 1955, at the Emden
Christian Church. |

They have six children: John Eric of
Riverton, Kevin (and Karen) of White Heath, Aaron (and Dena) of
Emden, Duane (and Eun) of Wheeling, Diane (and Drew) Burnett of
Bloomington and Kenton (and Lyn) of Washburn. They also have 13
grandchildren.
An open house,
hosted by their children, will be on April 16 from 2 to 4 p.m. at
St. John's Lutheran Church in Hartsburg. Family and friends are
invited to attend for a time of sharing, remembering and fellowship.
The couple requests no gifts.
