The Angels took the lead at the 11:00 minute mark in
the first half (9-8) and never trailed. Again, leading 31-24
at the half. Coach Amanda Bowman was please with the “all around
good play of the team, and that fact that they really made their
inside presents felt through out the entire game. The
Angels were lead by Katie Geisler with 14 points and 10 rebounds,
Jessica Fender with 14 points, 5 boards, Bobbie Larson’s 11 points
and Jessica Blythe’s 10.
The Angels will now be on Semester break until the play in the
Cookson Hill’s Classic on January 5-7. [Jack Getchel]
