NABC All-District selections include three Illini

OVERLAND PARK,
Kan. -- The National Association of Basketball Coaches announced on
Friday the NABC Division I All-District teams, recognizing the
country's best men's collegiate basketball players. The 150
student-athletes, from 15 districts, were selected and voted on by
member coaches.

The players named to the all-district
teams are now eligible for the NABC Division I All-American Team to
be announced at the conclusion of the 2004-2005 NCAA men's
basketball season. Illinois
guards
Deron Williams,
Luther Head and
Dee Brown made the
All-District 11 First Team and are eligible for all-America honors
from the coaches association.
