Description: Amends the Illinois Credit Union Act. Authorizes a
credit union to (i) make certain charitable contributions; and (ii)

Revenue Code. Allows for electronic signatures to be accepted on
loan applications. Strengthens rules and penalties against improper
usage of the term "credit union."
