LINCOLN -- Fredrick Troy Anderson, 41, of Lincoln was pronounced dead Saturday, June 25, 2005, at 3:46 a.m. at the Crossroads Motel.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the family residence, 1500 Tremont St., Lot 20.

Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home of Lincoln is handling arrangements.

Mr. Anderson was disabled.

He was born April 10, 1964, in Springfield.

He is survived by his life companion, Vicki Harris of Lincoln; one son, Joey Anderson of Lincoln; one daughter, Holly Farrell of Lincoln; his mother and stepfather, Jackie Hinds Riggs and Larry Riggs; two daughters of his life companion, Keisha Holder of Pennsylvania and Alisha Hobbs of Lincoln; one sister, Rhonda (and Tracey) Matherly of Chestnut; and one brother, Jason Anderson of Lincoln.

He was preceded in death by one son, Zachary Anderson.

Memorials may be made to the Troy Anderson Memorial Fund.

LINCOLN -- Thelma F. Hoaglin, 99, of Lincoln died Friday, June 24, 2005, at 10:30 p.m. at St. Clara's Manor.

A private graveside service will be at Downing Cemetery, rural Mount Pulaski, at a later date. The Rev. Robert Henderson will officiate.

There will be no visitation.

Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Hoaglin was a homemaker for her family.

She was born Nov. 25, 1905, in Lincoln to George S. and Grace Everman Brown. She married Gilbert Hoaglin in Lincoln on Oct. 13, 1923.

She is survived by two sons, Richard W. (and Betty J.) Hoaglin of Lincoln and George R. (and Betty L.) Hoaglin of Lincoln; three daughters, Virginia L. Hoaglin, Lois E. Hoaglin and Marsha K. (and Clinton) Coffman, all of Lincoln; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband and one sister.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lincoln and the Ladies Circle of the church.

Memorials may be made to Hospice Care of Illinois.

MOUNT PULASKI -- Winfred Allsopp, 80, of Mount Pulaski died Friday, June 24, 2005, at 1:37 p.m. at St. John's Hospital in Springfield.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mount Pulaski. His funeral will follow at 7 p.m. with the Rev. Julie Azbell officiating.

Burial will be in Mount Pulaski Cemetery at a later date.

Mr. Allsopp was a crane operator for Allsopp Sand and Gravel.

He was born Oct. 5, 1924, at Chestnut to Winfred and Marie Combs Allsopp Sr. He married Jennie Green in Lincoln on Jan. 1, 1946.

He is survived by his wife, of Mount Pulaski; two sons, James Allsopp of Lincoln and William (and Carla) Allsopp of Escondido, Calif.; two daughters, Connie Logan of Lincoln and Peggy (and Dennis) Miller of Howard, Pa.; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Irma Harness of Chillicothe, Elsie Bell of Springfield and Sylvia (and Jim) Dorsey of Macon, Ga.

He was preceded in death by one son, Terry Allsopp, and one grandson.

He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Mount Pulaski.

Memorials may be made to his church or to Vonderlieth Living Center.

LINCOLN -- Evelyn M. Remmert, 90, formerly of Chestnut, died Friday, June 24, 2005, at 7:15 a.m. at St. Clara's Manor.

Her funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln, with the Rev. Wallace Reifsteck officiating. Visitation will be from noon until the service time.

Burial will be in New Union Cemetery.

Mrs. Remmert was a mental health technician at Lincoln Developmental Center for 30 years.

She was born Jan. 17, 1915, at Shobonier to George and Tillie Schmidt Gable. She married Edward A. Remmert at Shobonier on Feb. 8, 1936. He died Dec. 30, 1988.

She is survived by two daughters, Marilyn (and Darrell) Payne of Morton and Valera (and Harry) Milner of Sherman; six grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and one step-great-great-grandchild; three brothers, Dick Gable of Lincoln, Jerry (and Phyllis) Gable of Vandalia and Wayne Gable of Decatur; and one sister, Charlotte Fisher of Effingham.

She was also preceded in death by one brother, two sisters and one granddaughter.

She was a member of St. John United Church of Christ, Rebekah Lodge 9 and Eagles Lodge 2708 Auxiliary.

Memorials may be made to St. Clara's Manor or St. John United Church of Christ.

LINCOLN -- Sheron A. Ramlow, 60, of Lincoln died Thursday, June 23, 2005, at 9:50 p.m. at her home.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln.

Her funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the First United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Julie Azbell officiating.

Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.

Mrs. Ramlow was the retired director of human resources for Lincoln Developmental Center. She was also a Realtor for Doris & Associates.

She was born July 22, 1944, in Lincoln to Clarence and Mary Phelan Maxey. She married Carl E. Ramlow in Lincoln on Feb. 11, 1963. He died Feb. 17, 1990.

She is survived by a special friend and loving companion, Pat Fry of Lincoln; one sister, Carol Schleder of Lincoln; two brothers, Gary (and Linda) Maxey of Elkin, N.C., and Robert (and Cyndi) Maxey of Chicago; two nieces; three nephews; and one great-nephew.

She was also preceded in death by her parents.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Logan County Board of Realtors, Beta Sigma Phi Preceptor Eta Chapter and The Oasis.

Memorials may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

LINCOLN -- Delmar Eugene Bergman, 77, of Lincoln died Tuesday, June 21, 2005, at 9:45 a.m. at St. John's Hospice in Springfield.

Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln. An Eagles service will follow at 5 p.m.

His funeral was Monday morning at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln, with the Rev. Mark Peters officiating. Visitation was on Sunday at the funeral home, following by an Eagles service.

Burial, with military rites, was in Camp Butler National Cemetery, Springfield.

Mr. Bergman was a postal carrier in Lincoln before he retired in 1989.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean War.

He was born July 25, 1927, in Flint, Mich., to Carl and Ruth Ewers Bergman. He married Dixie Bagby in Murphysboro on Nov. 22, 1965.

He is survived by his wife, of Lincoln; one son, Randall Eugene (and Peggy) Bergman of Mason City; two daughters, Denise Bergman of Lincoln and Becky (and Tim) Rempe of Branson, Mo.; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Dale (and Sandy) Bergman of Chatham and David (and Diane) Bergman of Mason City.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Carla Jean Bergman.

He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, American Legion Post 263, VFW, 40 et 8 of Logan County and the Lincoln Eagles Lodge.
