Lincolnite one of two Cobra volleyball players to earn all-American          Send a link to a friend

[NOV. 25, 2005]  CHAMPAIGN -- Freshman setter Brooklyn Robbins, a graduate of Lincoln Community High School, has been named an all-American by the NJCAA.

Robbins and sophomore teammate Christy Bushur are the first volleyball all-Americans at Parkland since 2002, when Sima Shah was selected to the first team.

Robbins was selected to the 12-person first team. Bushur, a graduate of Effingham St. Anthony High School, was named to the second team.

Parkland finished 49-12 this season and finished second at the Region 24 tournament.
