To the editor: Lincoln residents are always complaining that they
feel our community is failing. Well, this is one reason why. When
something good can come to our community or provide more employment,
the competitors seem to have a problem with that.
Our community needs GROWTH! Too many people travel to other towns
to save money by using the Super Wal-Marts. Well, we need the tax
money and the revenues in our own community.
I feel bad for the person missing from the board meeting. [See
article.] She is a great person with great ideas for our
community. Too bad this has been put upon her absence from the vote.
I have 100 percent confidence in our council members to do the right
thing...
WE NEED OUR NEW WAL-MART!!!
