[NOV. 30, 2005]
Alexandrea Davis, daughter of Elizabeth Davis
and James Davis, both of Lincoln, has been selected to serve as a
member of the student senate at Lincoln College.

Members of the student senate are the officially recognized voice of
the student body. Student representatives address a variety of
student issues and concerns representing the campus community. The
group provides a means for students to bring up concerns about
policies and procedures, as well as any issue that affects the
general student population. Davis is a 2004 graduate of Lincoln
Community High School. She is active with the Lincoln College
women's soccer team, Union of Student Activists and is the news
director for WLNX-FM student radio station. She is currently
studying general education courses and plans to continue her
education at the University of Illinois at Chicago to major in
communications.
