Community family fun day set for Sunday  

[JULY 3, 2006]  First Baptist Church in Lincoln is celebrating its 150th anniversary with a community fun day at Ralph Gale Field on Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.

Attractions will include a free "blow-up carnival," games, prizes, petting zoo and safe house.

Refreshments will be available: hot dog and soda, $1; popcorn, 25 cents.

Members of church's anniversary committee are Jim DeWitt, the Rev. Robert Henderson, Joyce Seelye, Sandy Taylor, Linda Trommer, Vicki Baker and Donna Buse, secretary.
