Oasis potluck

Join us at 11:30 a.m. Thursday for the monthly potluck, featuring barbecue, salads, special dishes and wonderful desserts. As a special treat to celebrate Father's Day, the donation will be only $1, or you can bring a dish to pass. Entertainment will be provided by a group of performers associated with Lincoln Community Theatre. The monthly drawing will be for lunch at Daphne's Family Restaurant. Following the potluck will be bingo, sponsored by Christian Village. Come join the fun and win some prizes!

AARP safe driving class

A driver safety program sponsored by AARP will be offered for seniors age 55 and older. The eight-hour course is presented under the supervision of the Illinois secretary of state's office. Participants must attend both days to become eligible for an insurance discount certificate. Please check with your individual insurance agent to see how much a safe driving certificate will save you. The class will be June 12 and 13 at The Oasis. There is a $10 fee for supplies; please pay at the senior center prior to the class.
