Cremation rites have been accorded. A graveside
service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Walnut
Hill Cemetery, Williamsville.
Peasley Funeral Home in Lincoln is in charge of
arrangements.
She was born Aug. 21, 1958, at Lincoln to Bernard
A. and Dolores Frakes Carter.
She is survived by her mother, Dolores Ludlam of
Atlanta; one daughter, Samantha Carter of Atlanta;
and one brother, Dana Carter of Winchester, Calif.
She was preceded in death by her father; one son,
Joshua James Hodo; and one brother, David B. Carter.
She was a member of the Atlanta Christian Church.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart
Association.
