No. 3 ‘Birds to Battle No. 10 Youngstown State on Family Day

NORMAL, Ill. — For the second
time in as many weeks, excitement is at an all-time high in Normal
as the No. 3 Redbirds prepare to take on No. 10 Youngstown State
Saturday at Hancock Stadium at 1:30 p.m.

The third meeting of two top-10 ranked teams in the
history of Hancock Stadium is the highlighted event as the athletics
department and university celebrates Family Day.
Tickets for the Family Day contest between the two nationally-ranked
powers are in great demand, much like two weeks ago for Homecoming.
Will call, located at Gate 4, will be open at 10 a.m. on Saturday to
accommodate fans who want to pick up their tickets early.
Parking lots will open at 10:30 a.m. for fans to tailgate prior to
cheering on another Redbird victory. Providing entertainment for
tailgaters in the East lot, leading up to kickoff, will be The
Bygones, while in the Ropp lot, Knights of Crisis will be
performing.
