[August 13, 2007]  MOUNT PULASKI -- Tammy Sue Shanle, 48, of Mount Pulaski died Saturday, Aug. 11, 2007, at 5:05 p.m. in a motorcycle accident on Route 121.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mount Pulaski. Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with Jeremy Thomason officiating.

Burial will be in Laenna Cemetery, Chestnut.

She was a corrugator operator at Weyerhaeuser in Lincoln.

She was born July 6, 1959, in Lincoln to Virgil and Ladores Roehm Matheny. Her first marriage was to Phillip O'Donoghue. She later married Franklin "Rosie" Shanle.

She is survived by one daughter, Candice O'Donoghue of Mount Pulaski; two brothers, Harold (and Barbara) Matheny of Clinton and Steve (and Claire) Matheny of Danville; three sisters, Sharon (Gordon) Josserand of Lincoln, Gloria (Ronald) Bowles of Mount Pulaski and Vicki (and Larry) Hahn of Mount Pulaski; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She was a member of Mount Pulaski Christian Church.

Memorials may be made to her daughter, Candice O'Donoghue.
