West Lincoln baseball vs. Mount Pulaski    Send a link to a friend

[August 24, 2007]  In a pitchers' duel Thursday afternoon, WL-B defeated Mount Pulaski 1-0. Jake Olson (2-1) pitched a complete-game three-hitter, striking out eight and walking only one for the Wolverines; while Kyle Pryzkopanski pitched 5 1/3 innings, allowing only one run for the Bruins.
Seth Graue's ground-rule double would later turn into the only run of the game, knocked in by Joey Olden.

WL-B played error-free baseball.

Hayden Matson had six assists from second base.

WL-B next hosts Delavan on Saturday at Miller Field, beginning at 9 a.m.
