Kayla Huskins, a seventh-grader, is the Zion
Lutheran School Spelling Bee champion. Grace Sheley, a sixth-grader,
is the runner-up.

Also participating in the spelling bee at the Lincoln school were
Trevor Arrington, Emily Harms, Matthew Schierer,
Morgan Conrady, Cortnee Mileham, Justin Broom, Kathryn Arneaud,
Austin Leonard, Alysa Cox and Josh Mangano.
Kayla will represent
ZLS at the Logan County Spelling Bee on Wednesday at the Logan
County Courthouse at 9 a.m.
