ATLANTA -- Gertrude E. Harvey, 67, of
Bloomington, formerly of Atlanta, died Saturday, Jan. 20, 2007, at
9:13 p.m. at BroMenn Regional Medical Center in Normal.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Quiram Peasley Funeral
Home. Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home,
with the Rev. David Benner officiating. |

Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Waynesville.
Mrs. Harvey retired from Ball Incon Manufacturing in
Lincoln.
She was born April 9, 1939, in Pocahontas, Ark.,
to Victor and Gertrude Barnett Jones. She married
Harold Harvey Jr. on April 1, 1960, in Atlanta. He
preceded her in death on June 20, 1989.
She is survived by her four daughters, Carolyn
(and John) Willson of Atlantic Beach, Fla., Bobbie
Harvey of Bloomington, and Roxey Harvey and Vickie
Harvey, both of Lincoln; one brother Cecil (and
Jacqueline) Jones of Bloomington; and two
grandchildren.
