The Redbirds have won the last five meetings against the Bears
and lead the all-time series 14-12-1. Since the inception of the
conference's television package, the 'Birds and the Bears have had
some memorable contests broadcast live. In a pair of
come-from-behind victories, ISU defeated Missouri State 46-42 in
1999 and won 34-31 at Hancock Stadium in 2004.
