Lincoln lost the first game 5-3 against Oglesby. In that game Josh
Gardner took the pitching loss but only gave up two earned runs.
Lincoln committed six errors in game one. Cody Aughton had two
hits and Kyle Hower a double for Lincoln. Gary Rademaker stole home
in the first inning for Lincoln's first run.

In game two versus Dixon, Lincoln came back from a 2-0 deficit
after 4 1/2 innings to score a 3-2 victory.
Lincoln tied it in the fifth and then won the game in the bottom
of the seventh. Colan Eigenbrod drove in Cody Aughton from first
base with a double to right for the game winner. Along with
Eigenbrod's double, David Williams and Cody Aughton each had two
hits.
Cramer Soebbing picked up the pitching victory, going the
distance for Lincoln. Soebbing gave up no earned runs and struck out
six, while only giving up five hits.
