Gloria Anderson

[June 28, 2007]  Gloria K. Anderson, 67, of Baileyton, Ala., formerly of Lincoln, died Tuesday, June 26, 2007, at 6:25 p.m. at Cullman Medical Center, Cullman, Ala.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln. Her funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Karen Diefendorf officiating.

Burial will be in Zion Cemetery.

Mrs. Anderson retired in 1994 as a line worker at the Lehn & Fink factory after 30 years of service

She was born Dec. 3, 1939, in Lincoln to Alfred Kermit and Marge Bates Beaver. She married Richard Anderson on Dec. 1, 1956, in Lincoln. He preceded her in death in 1989.

She is survived by two sons, Rick (and Cindy) Anderson of Hartsburg and Kerry (and Carla) Anderson of Beason; three daughters, Penny (and Steve) Starling of Dawson, Vicky (and Kevin) Hubbard of Elkhart and Tammy Langley of Lincoln; her companion, Chuck Vest of Baileyton, Ala.; one sister, Eva (and Fred) Ott Treatch of Lincoln; and 13 grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her parents.

She was of the Methodist faith.

Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association or the Humane Society of Logan County.
