Requirements: Under general supervision, direct the flow of work performed by fleet mechanics in the daily operations of running the fleet. 2 years of previous supervisory experience working within a fleet maintenance environment is required. Experience working with, supervising and implementing fleet maintenance software. 1-2 years of previous fleet mechanic experience in repairing and performing preventative maintenance on Thermal King units is required.
