Monday's cardio fusion class consists of movements with light weights and proper form while staying in a target heart rate zone. This increases metabolism in your resting state and burns fat calories while you work -- low intensity!

Thursday's pilates class is rhythmic exercise all performed on a mat. It is excellent for core and spinal strengthening.

Women who take advantage of the free screenings will also receive a bag of information and a pedometer. Women who take advantage of the free exercise classes have a chance to win a $50 gift certificate toward a Rec Center membership!
