[October 01, 2007]  Charles E. Ingram, 65, of Lincoln died Saturday, Sept. 29, 2007, at 2:52 a.m. at his home.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln. An Eagles service will follow at 7 p.m., conducted by Robert Hedrick.

Burial will be in Union Cemetery at a later date.

Mr. Ingram retired from Gehrke Trucking. He was also owner and operator of a trucking business for 25 years.

He was born March 5, 1942, in Lincoln to Leo A. and Mary Jane Walters Ingram. He married Shirley Watson on July 19, 1984, in Lincoln.

He is survived by his wife, of Lincoln; his mother, Mary Jane Prather of Lincoln; one daughter, Deann Ingram of Lincoln; one brother, Tracy L. Ingram of Kenney; and two sisters, Nancy J. Keal of Green Valley, Ariz., and Marianne Ingram of Lincoln.

He was preceded in death by his father.

He was a member of Eagles Lodge 2708.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
