To the editor:

Praise God from whom all blessings flow...

I am giving God the glory for Mike's victory Tuesday. God pressed him to seek the position of Logan County state's attorney. As that campaign ensued, we saw God's awesome hand in it at every turn. Christian people united and worked together from various churches of different denominations. People from all walks of life came forth with support and obvious votes to match. Friendships were made and relationships that will last a lifetime began.

God is so good in uniting his children for his cause. May we continue to look to him in all of life's ventures and always follow his calling.

Continue to lift Mike before God in prayer. His journey is just beginning. Life will be full of changes and difficult times in this position. One thing I am sure of. Mike is God's servant first, which makes him the best servant for Logan County.

Again, I praise God. I would like to thank everyone who trusted God and Mike for this opportunity to begin a righteous change in Logan County.

Sincerely,

Vicky Laurence
