Mental Health Centers of Central Illinois' Logan-Mason Rehabilitation Center is seeking a part-time Personal Support Worker. Provides services designed to deflect unwarranted placement into institutional or long-term setting. Provides direct service to clients who have exhibited low-frequency or minor adaptive behaviors, or who have manageable physical impairment, or who need ongoing rehabilitation programming.
