Burial will be in Mount Pulaski Cemetery. Mrs.
Oltmanns was a paraprofessional at Lincoln
Developmental Center before she retired.
She was born Nov. 23, 1931, in Lincoln to Carl
and Mary Cress Fullriede.
She is survived by one son, Clark (and Dana)
Oltmanns of Lincoln; one daughter, Sheryl (and Leif)
Pedersen of Slidell, La.; three sisters, Evelyn Neal
of Lincoln, Gertrude Riggs of Mount Pulaski and
Mildred (and Don) Cotton of Lincoln; and two
grandchildren, Marty Oltmanns of Lincoln and Dane
Pedersen of Slidell, La.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one
sister, Margaret Martin.
She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church of
Lincoln and The Oasis.
Memorials may be made to her church or the senior
center.
