Geoff Jenkins connected for the second pinch-hit homer of his career for Philadelphia, which won the weekend series and moved back into first in the NL East.
Mike Jacobs hit a solo homer in the second and a three-run drive in the third to help the Marlins build a 5-1 lead. Jacobs improved to 5-for-8 with three homers in his career against 45-year-old Philadelphia left-hander Jamie Moyer.
Jenkins' two-run drive off Doug Waechter (0-1) tied it at 5 in the sixth. Waechter entered with a stretch of 11 1-3 scoreless innings, the longest active streak in the major leagues.
The Phillies went ahead for good in the seventh. With two outs and runners on first and second, Florida manager Fredi Gonzalez replaced Taylor Tankersley with Logan Kensing. His first pitch went to the backstop, allowing Shane Victorino and Ryan Howard to advance and setting up Burrell's go-ahead hit down the left-field line.
Moyer (6-3) allowed seven hits in seven innings, and won his fourth straight start. Brad Lidge got three outs for his 13th save in 13 opportunities.
Utley homered for the fourth consecutive game, cutting it to 5-3 with a drive off Andrew Miller in the third.
