NEW HOLLAND -- Mina Hamilton, 90, of
New Holland, died Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2008, at 2:19 p.m. at her
daughter's home.
Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln,
with Elder Raymond Pech officiating. Visitation will
be one hour prior to the service. |

Burial will be
in Oak View Cemetery, Armington.
Mrs. Hamilton was a general factory worker before
she retired.
She was born March 21, 1918, in Pekin to William
Oscar and Jenny Grace Wilson Sloan. She married
Arnold Bridgewater in 1936, and he preceded her in
death. She married Raymond Hamilton on Nov. 14,
1958, in Quincy, and he also preceded her in death.
She is survived by one daughter, Nancy (and
Royce) Scales of New Holland; one son, Edward
Bridgewater of New Holland; seven grandchildren;
seven great-grandchildren; and two
great-great-grandchildren. One brother, two sisters, two daughters and one son
preceded her in death. |
 She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's
Witnesses.
