MOUNT PULASKI -- Terry L. Westen, 53,
of rural Mount Pulaski, died Sunday, Oct. 12, 2008, at 10:12 p.m. at
Decatur Memorial Hospital, Decatur.
His funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mount Pulaski, with
the Rev. Kevin Treptow officiating. Visitation will be one
hour prior to the service |

Burial will be at a later date. Mr. Westen was a
farmer.
He was born July 1, 1955, in Decatur to Robert W.
and Donna Allison Westen. He married Melody Ferre in
Decatur on July 17, 1976.
He is survived by his wife, of Mount Pulaski; his
parents, Robert and Donna Westen of Mount Pulaski;
his mother-in-law, Eleanor Ferre of Decatur; two
sisters, Kim (and Doug) Smith Chandler of Decatur
and Kristy Westen of Mount Pulaski; one brother,
Casey (and Stephanie) Westen of Latham; one niece,
Libby; three nephews, Blake, Kyle and Colton; two
great-nephews and two great-nieces; and his
"babies," Rusty and Rinky.
He was a member of Latham United Methodist
Church.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Randy. |
He enjoyed showing cattle and farming, being with
friends and family, and just living in the country.

Westen.
