The D.C. Court of Appeals lifted sanctions against the Alaska Republican on Monday.
The 85-year-old Stevens lost his seat in the 2008 race to Democrat Mark Begich days after being convicted of lying on Senate disclosure forms to hide gifts.
That conviction was vacated this month because of prosecutorial misconduct.
The dismissal of the corruption case already prompted the Alaska Bar Association last week to withdrew a motion to suspend his law license in his home state.
