Mount Pulaski-Elkhart road construction

[August 26, 2009]  County Highway 10 between Primm Road and Illinois Route 121 will be closed to through traffic beginning this week. Residents along this roadway will still have access to their homes, but traffic will need to be one-way for the next several weeks. All local traffic will be eastbound.

The existing surface will be milled and a new concrete overlay will be placed on the existing roadway.

Cooperation and patience is always appreciated during the construction season as we continue to improve the safety of our roads and bridges.
