[February 28, 2009]  WESTON, Mass. (AP) -- A 37-year-old man has been accused of secretly installing a hidden video camera in a women's bathroom at the Cambridge School of Weston.

Hardware Homer Rogers, the assistant director of information technology at the private school, pleaded not guilty Friday in Waltham District Court to a charge of secret video surveillance of a partially nude person. He was released on personal recognizance.

According to a police report, school officials found a video camera and recorder hidden in the girl's bathroom. The report says a camera was placed in the insulation of a pipe aimed toward a toilet.

Police said Rogers was arrested Thursday after interviews with witnesses.

Rogers' attorney, Robert Casey Jr., didn't immediately return phone calls.
