RESIDENT CARE COORDINATOR / RESTORATIVE NURSE

The Christian Village, part of Christian Homes, Inc. is currently looking for a Resident Care Coordinator. This is a supervisory position that will also manage the Restorative program. The chosen candidate will ensure that superior delivery of care is provided to assigned residents through assessment, planning, implementation & evaluation.

Responsibilities include supervising the nursing staff, developing and updating an initial care plan, guiding patient teaching and leading day-to-day functions, and monitoring daily activities to maintain the highest quality of care. The qualified candidate will be a compassionate and enthusiastic proven leader. To qualify, a current IL RN license & knowledge of Medicare Part A are required with LTC experience. Restorative Nurse experience is desired but not mandatory. This position includes afternoon and evenings hours but may be flexible.
