[March 07, 2009]  WASHINGTON (AP) -- Heat up the grill and break out the badminton set: Daylight-saving time is returning to shift an hour of light to the evenings.

That means push the clocks ahead - spring forward - before going to bed Saturday night. The official change occurs at 2 a.m. Sunday, local time.

Daylight-saving time ends Nov. 1.
